I know we have some great bail bonding companies in Collin County but I want to tell you how Doc went above and beyond for me
today on behalf of my 18 year old client. (special thanks to Matt Goeller for walking me through the process as well) My client was arrested in Fayetteville, Arkansas on manslaughter warrant from Allen P.D.. The accident occurred months ago (no alcohol or drugs were involved and the City of Allen has since changed the traffic control light because of how dangerous the intersection was for a non-controlled turn). The police decided to get him arrested in class at Arkansas on a warrant. Arkansas doesn’t just let you bond out bur you must also post a fugitive bond (twice the money of course). Doc was in Arkansas, talked to the court people he knew, explained the circumstances and got the” fugitive bond” condition withdrawn for a time to allow Doc to get the kid processed in Collin county and back to Arkansas with proof it had been accomplished. Kid who was seriously injured in the crash and still has physical therapy a couple of times a week so sitting in jail was going to be very bad for him (and family).

Kid is on his way to Collin County, parents are thrilled and relieved and I am so appreciative, of course. Again, I sit on the bail bond committee and know we have some great bail bonding people in Collin County. Doc is my hero for this one.
